Izulas sure are blood thirsty. I got bit for the first time today by my Izula. It was the end of the day at work and I was wiping the blade off because there was adhesive on it from cutting boxes open and what not. The Izula cut right through the alcohol pad I was using and into my finger. I didn't even realize I cut myself until it started burning from the alcohol getting into the cut.

It's not too bad, but it's still a bite.

Just a little love bite.

Have you by any chance been ignoring her lately? The izulas seem to get very moody if they dont come out for some air often.

No way. I carry and use it every day. Nothing serious yet, just mundane day-to-day tasks.

at least it was sterile and you had an alcohol wipe handy to take care of the cut... :D

Haha, yep. Got it superglued up now. Just gotta make sure I'm a little more careful when using this little guy. From reading around here, they seem to hunt for blood.

That's just a little love nip. Seriously though, we should do a formal survey and see how many folks haven't been bitten by their Izulas. I would not be on that list. I'd had mine about an hour when it got me.

It took me almost a month to get this one. And I've been using it a lot. It seems that you're not a true Izula owner 'til it bites you. ;)

I don't think I have ever bought a bl;ade that didn't bite me during the first week. Too much playing around I guess.
