Blowguns?

Yes they are a ton of fun. When we have large family gatherings we break the out and play games with them.
 
Best blowgun ever. No exaggeration. I really like the bamboo darts. They work great with those Styrofoam block airgun targets.

I've been playing around with it for about an hour or so and it's awesome!

I'm actually amazed at how much power you can generate. Even the "stun" dart can penetrate a piece of cardboard. You could potentially seriously hurt someone with an errant dart.

I was able to hit a soda can every time at about 25 feet without really trying. I have no doubt that you could do some small game hunting with this.

Pretty cool toy that doesn't cost much.
 
What length and caliber did you get ?

I had a fairly cheap 36” .40 way back when, damn that thing was fun! I gotta get another.

I purchased the 48" .625 caliber model. They also have a 60" version, but it's two pieces.

Yep! Lots of fun!
 
I always wanted to attach a paintball gun to a blowgun barrel. Then put a red dot on it. It would be epic.
 
They sound like fun. I may have to try one.

The closest I've ever gotten to a blowgun is an arsenal of PVC marshmallow guns for the Fam. Made one for everyone one Christmas. Then there was war. We were finding old marshmallows in cracks, crevasses, and couch cushions for years.
 
Way back when I made a blowgun out of a brass tube that was maybe 24" long and 1/4" diameter. Added one of those little black film roll canisters to one end as a mouthpiece. For darts, I cut the ends off of shoelaces about an inch past the aglet and frayed it, and pushed a pin through the aglet. Worked pretty good.
 
Got one coming(I hope). Weird, they come from a California Company but went through a bunch companies before one would send it to Ca.(Amazon, BladeHdqs, KnifeCenter,Cabelas, Bass Pro), thank you Knife Country USA. I can't believe I bought this, I blame everyone on here lol.
 
I'm sure you guys will like it. It's more fun that you would think.

I checked out the law after ordering it, should have known after the OP not wanting to send it. I thought it would be like butterfly knives etc here(legal to own but not carry, use, sell, or transfer to OP). I wonder if they will still send it.
Yep only around the house, funny that everyone I mentioned it to was not aware it was illegal(why would it be). No blowgun but I can carry a 12" Magnum Tanto no problem(in a sheath at the waist uncovered), lucky to have that.

Did you ever get your blowgun?

I just noticed this thread, and I have been playing around with the CS Big Bore Blowguns for a while now.

Most recently, I've been thumping squirrels and rabbits with the stun darts when they come up to raid the bird feeders. It really makes them jump! Just a crapload of fun for not a lot of dough.
 
I have 3. One for myself, one for each of my boys. I've also given one to my dad.

They are big boy blowguns.

Look up video's on youtube. Bear, hogs, birds, snakes taken with the razor broadheads!!
