I bought a ZT 0302 in Nov. , the quality and strength of this thing blows me away . Great cutting power is an understatement !

Only a couple of observations . A slightly scaled down version ( 3 in ) would be a super EDC . Personally , I dont care too much for flippers , and would be a bit happier with slightly higher thumb studs .

Two other dumb questions , if the speedsafe wears or breaks will it still function as a manual frame lock . This i probably not a real concern as the mechanism is surely scaled up to deal with this massive blade . Has anyone got a picture of a dissassembled 0300 .

Unfortunately , at the same time I saw the 0302 , I also saw a Tyrade , which is now on my list . I am also very tempted bt the 0200 , everyone speaks very well of it .

I have really enjoyed using the 0302 , and hope to score more ZT offerings in the future .

The 0300, 0301, and 0302 are awesome. Nice framelock folders. I've often wondered about the speedsafe function as well.

A 3" blade version for EDC is always on my want-list but for some reason you just cannot seem to get manufacturers to make them.

As far as the Tyrade----I want to see one of those in person.

Do a search for joejeweler...he cut down a ZT0200...calls it the "Baby". Very impressive.

If the Speedsafe breaks this one should work OK as a manual flipper due to the detent on the framelock. However, if it does break Kershaw can get you back in the game pretty quick by fixing it for you or sending you the stuff to DIY.

The ZT's are awesome knives, I have a 302, 300 DW, 200 and the 121 fixed blade. When I can, I carry the 121. It came with a very nice kydex sheath.
The 200 is the value leader of this group, at around $130, I don't know if you could find a better hard use folder. I guess I need all the other ZT's but knife purchases are really stretching the bank account. I need to go into hiding and come out a couple of years from now to see what's new.

I think I might investigate some aftermarket pimpage on the thumbstuds , maybe the TAD gear ones for the Strider AR/GB would work ,gotta love Tritium ! The 100 an 200 are on the radar !
