Blue Alox Bantam with red shield

I noticed this new in box Alox Bantam in blue with red shield. It looks nice but I was wondering if this is a new model or an older one and how unique is it? And finally is $125 a fair price?

First one I have ever seen. It looks nice and is unique, but wow! At the price and for a Bantam. I like the alox Bantam, I have one and carry it when I am wearing dress clothes, but its usefulness is very limited, and for me atleast, does not warrant that pricetag.
