For specific information on who owns Blue Grass go to Bernard Levine's forum and search under that name. Blue Grass is a name, a man, a phone, & a fax. I don't think they make any knives. Their Winchesters are for sure made by Queen (at least the better ones are) and probably the Primbles as well.
