There were limited numbers of blue G-10 Natives produced, but no blue zytel ones that I'm aware of.
Here's a pic of the blue G-10 one with a CF style sheath from Mike Sastre. It's one of the Bladeforums model:

There were a few that didn't have the Bladeforums laser engravings:
You can find the blue Bladeforums model in the exchange forums from time to time. They originally cost a little over $100 IIRC.
