Blue Juanita question

I picked up a nice looking DB that is marked Blue Juanita. The stamp is in good condition. Other than these were made by the Mann clan and that it’s named after the river that was behind the plant in PA. I know nothing. Are they common? Other than its a nice looking axe and the steel seems high quality is it worth being excited over?

I would be excited I have a single bit with a similar stamp that says empire I think maybe Mann sold them regional throughout the north east does it have an F and a number under the eye?
