Blue Lube or Tuff Glide

What is the best oil lube to use?
I also have a couple folders I use for cutting apples.
Is blue lube food safe? I know tuff glide isn't.

I used Tuff-Glide for a while.. still use it for cleaning and blade protection, but I use Blue Lube or CRK grease for pivots. I don't use my folders for food prep so I can't help there. If I did, I'd use mineral oil on the blades. That's what I do with the FBs that I use for food.
