Can I get some info on the blue Natives? I've heard about them, but never seen one. Are they G10 or FRN? How often do they come up for sale? About how much do they run? ***************** Thanks.

The original Blue Natives were made in the USA with 440V blades. They were first made for Bladeforums and the extras were sold on the general market. The current run of blue Natives are Native IIIs that have just been made for Forumites. Once again some extras are being made available to dealers. The extras do not have the BF logo.
 
Great, so dealers should have them soon or should they have them now? Are they G10 or FRN?
 
The originals w/440V were G10.

The new ones with VG-10 are 3-D FRN (see any picture of a Native III).
 
AWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! Darn, I'm not a fan at all of FRN but love the royal blue G10 on the Dodo.
 
The G10 BF Natives are the same color as the Dodo.I have 2 of the one PE and one SE.You could put up an add for one but expect to pay at least 100.00 to 125.00 for one.

Hey, don't let him scare yah! If you want one bad enough I'm sure you will be able to acquire one. It took me about two weeks to have a SE and PE Blue G-10 Bladeforums Native in hand...you just got to be willing to part with the cash it takes to get one, however, don't let anyone take you for a ride either. I'm very happy with the deals I've made and appreciate those kind individuals either helping me track down or part with their own knives that were in excellent new condition. If you need any advice just ask on either the bladeforums spyderco posts or on spyderco forum at spyderco's website. I'm sure one of us spydie nutz will answer! Good Luck...
 
Yeah,for sure try to get a better deal than that but from what I have seen lately they are getting very hard to find.I have seen them go from 65.00 to 180.00.There was a dealer that had one a while back I think it was blade tech.
