Hi... today I would like to show my chef knife, named Blue Sins.

Blade steel : n695
BL: 8 inches
Handle: Blue G10 comes with welded bolster and titanium pins.

Ice hardened to 60Rc.

Many thanks for watching.

Very Very Nice!

Is that a full tang integrally forged knife? ....Or are the bolsters added in by some other means.

Thanks,... and at any rate or build-style, it sure is a beautiful knife!

Thanks Don,
Yes, It's a full tang but not a forged knife. Because n695 is a stainless steel (AISI=440C) and a bolster is welded in order to set a weight balance. In fact, I love a sweet sharpness of high carbon steel such as 52100 , but why? I choose SS for my knife. The reason is most people in my country hate rust on the blade. And when it must be SS, I am committed to the heat treatment in order to obtain my dreamy edge, thin , sharp and tough. Full flat ground + convex zero edge and can be a micro bevel if you want.
