Hi! Does anyone that has had their Alias II apart happen to know the length of the blue standoffs?

I've replaced the thumb stud already with a bit bigger one and don't really care for the blue standoffs. Would like to replace them.

Thanks guys!

Joe

Do you just not like the blue? If its just the color you done like take it apart and sand the anodizing off to make them silver

Yeah - dont like the blue. Was kinda hoping to replace them with something little more stylish

Iv sent a PM to a member who might know the size. Waiting for reply. I would be interested in buying/trading these standoffs. I ve sent you an eMail Joe.

It would be great if a Benchmade rep could list the sizes of standoffs and screws of the most common ones they use. I think, but don't know, that most everything in a #6 torx are usually a 1-72 with various lengths being used. I would love to be able to buy standoffs and screws to slightly customize my Benchmade stuff. Manufacturer's probably don't list them due to the possible warranty issues. It would also be great to have a list of clips that are in common use and what knives they can be mixed and matched to.

Hey - was able to track down silver stand offs and thumb stud to replace the blue anodized stuff, which I really didn't care for. Just don't care for blue knives. My own personal taste so no offense to those who do. Found them at KnifeKits. Went with a bit larger thumb stud as I have arthritis in my joints and the small little button type is hard for me to open.
