I only have five minutes quick before the kids drive me nuts. Delvin here on the forums has become a good friend of mine very quick once I found out he lived locally. Feel free to chime in bud to explain what you did with the sheaths. I will post an appropriate review later. These are just some teaser pictures.
Here is some of his leatherwork. I am doing a Ivory Micarta Sebbie for him in return for the work, atleast to start with.

Also in between some milling to finish an emerson, boker and southard, here is a Blue twill scale for the Large 21, not attached if your wondering. I love it. But it is for sale instead. Someone will love it.

These sheaths are prototypes, that said. WOW~~Both sheaths were fit for my 1 1/2 inch belt. Quality is top notch. Thank you for making these in just a few days for me. I really appreciate your time.
-Leather sheath 1 with a dark finish is for vertical carry on the Large 21. Amazing quality and fit. Perfect amount of grab to remove knife, yet super tight to hold it in place.
-Leather sheath 2 is one mean looking sheath for the Manix XL. Both vertical and horizontal carry for a cross draw. All with leather and bolster work, no tech lock required here.

Let us know what you think!
Matt

Glad they're working out for you. The Manix XL is experimental so feedback will help me tighten up the design on the next project.

For a first run and coming up with both ideas on the fly, I can only imagine what you can do as you move forward with them.

What do you guys think of the leather work, we care looking for a little input.
I for one think a great sheath completes a great knife. I will get a picture of the sebbie sheath on a belt. the design allows for a good portion of the knife to be covered but the sides allow a good thumb purchase.

Matt, that's sweet. I suppose these could be adapted for a lefty with a Umnumzaan and a ...you know what I have.
