blunt tip chef's knife

I'm looking for blunt tip chef's knives. I know Victorinox makes a 10" model, but I'm looking for something in the 7-8 inch range.

Mac Original and I think another line of theirs have rounded tips.

Find a pointy one that you really like, then belt sander/grinder? I've done that for knives where the point has been broken.
