Blur blade length difference.

I just got my CF Blur (love it) and I noticed that it's blade is longer than my tanto blur. is that normal? I get up pictures in a couple minutes
I used the Mario cart game to make sure the beginning of the blade matched up, and my ST300 to show the difference better.

Also you can note the cutting edge is significantly smaller on the Tanto blur

I haven't had a tanto Blur, but there are slight differences in the extension of the tip across all my Blurs. It's likely just variations due to sharpening. However, a consistent difference to note is that in the flat ground Blurs, the ricasso is farther back than on the hollow ground models.
