Blur lock covered under warranty??

I bought a Blur back in 2007. I love everything about the knife (except the rubber inserts that tear my pockets...but it's a small price to pay), and have carried it with me every day since I got it. Lately I've noticed that if any pressure is applied to the back of the blade, the liner lock will slip off the base of the blade, and it will snap shut. Easily enough now that I don't trust it. Like I said, I really like this knife, have become attached to it, and would hate to have to get rid of it. My question is, is this something that would be covered under Kershaw's warranty? Or can it be fixed?
