The weather yesterday was kind of crazy...ranging from cloudy to rainy, to brief periods of sunshine, to storms and tornadoes. I spent the first part of the day off on a photo shoot. It was interesting. Here are some pics I took at lunch at the pavilion at Rally Ridge at Prentice Cooper State Forest & WMA.
A nice view, it varied a good bit.
Lunch was pretty awesome though...even if not the healthiest. It was items I knew would keep till I decided take a break. Smoked pork, potatoes, and bread. The DF I got from Dylan is still one of my favorite knives in the field.
I still had more work to do afterwards, but after another hour or so in the woods tree tops were blowing around like blades of grass and limbs bigger around than my thigh were dropping like flies. Figured I might out to get my camera out of harms way
