BM 42+43+47 Anniversary

I'm looking for the launch date of the BM42, 43, 47.

For the BM42 I had noted February 2000.
Was it at a special event (a bladeshow?)?

For the 43 & 47, does someone knows the exact date? BladeShow 2001?
(Chuck, your link to the BladeShow page, from the 43/47 review seems to be broken)

The BM42 was officially introduced at Shot Show 2000. I don't know the date. Use the web.

The 43 and 47 had their official coming out at Bladeshow 2001 as did Tachyon.
