BM 42 locking questions

So, i got a BM 42 yesterday. I absolutly love it. It's so light, skinny, and agile. Utter supremeness... I have a question about how it locks though... How hard are you supposed to squeeze the handles together in the open position to get it to lock open? I *barely* have to squeeze at all and it seams it isn't that tight of a lock.. is that a problem? If so, anything i could do about it without returning it for fixing?-

Hey, I got one today.

I don't have to squeeze that hard either, but it locks open and closed solid...is there any blade wobble on yours?

As long as it locks tight it should be fine. One of mine started out needing squeezed pretty tight to close it and went to not latching it at all.

All I had to do is pay for it to be shipped to them. Benchmade fixed it and paid to have it shipped back.
