bm 42 pricing

hello all...

i was just shopping around on the internet to find out some prices for a BM 42. I want the anodized handles and the lowest price i can find is $126. Is that a good price? They also have the 42 w/o anodizing for $112 and I think that is a pretty good deal. Both of these also come with a free Torx kit. Thanks

I'm guessing that this is at CutleryShoppe.com. I ordered a 42s from there in early December but haven't gotten it yet. If you order from them be prepared to wait.

That's about what I paid for my 42a (1sks) but I suggest that you buy it very quickly and go on the backlist. The quicker you order the quicker you'll get your knife...in theory.

I called Mike Payne at Knives & Things (901.340.1973) and he got me a BM 42 for $125 total with shipping (no torque kit). He said he knew a retailer with 2 more, so maybe you can get one there. As for Cutleryshoppe, they are out of stock is what they told me.
