My guess would be that he found it in "Photoshop Land" or someplace similar to that. All kinds of cool **** comes out of there. Kinda like my "solid model land" where many a fixed blade or spike type thing is conceived and played with for a while, then tossed to the wayside never to be heard from again.

it can be found by scanning in a BM42, then editing it with a wave affect in photoshop

Yes, I custom made this myself in Photoshop. Unfortunately BM does not yet make a 42 with either a kris or a flame blade. Maybe someday...
