BM 42A, 42S, 42...Confused!!

a newbie to the balisong world, i was just looking around the net for a good knife that i could get and stick with for a long time, and the benchmade 42 came up...but I've seen different versions of the 42. 42A, 42S, 42AS, 42SS...wat's the difference?

42S -- Serrated
42A -- Anodized(colored)
42AS -- Anodized serrated

42SS -- Beats me?

Heh, sorry about the 42SS thingy. It doesn't exist, it was just a thought I had for a BM 42 with Stainless Steel handles (therefore SS). Look for the "just a thought..." post.
