BM 43, 47, Numbers?

I know for the BM 42 they produced 50 prototypes of each model, 200 Pre Productions, and 500 First productions.

Does anybody know the numbers for the 42BLK, 43, 43A, 43BLK, 47, 47A, and 47 BLK?

I know they produced prototypes and then the introductions, but how many?

The numbered 47's I have say of/100, if thats of any help. Oh ya, they are intro models of JUN-2001
