I am thinking of getting 43A balisong, Three questions?

1. Should i get the blue adonized handles, or are the plain ti handles better, does the blue rub off, advantages/disadvantages?

2.how are the black handles,do they rub off,advantages/disadvantages

3. Where can i find this knife(at a good price). Can you guys send me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance-medic1

Well on my bm42A the finish hasnt rubed off yet except where the latch rubs. One advantage to me is it kind of gives you a better grip and I guess the disadvantage is the finish will eventually come off, from what I hear. Well I hope that helped you in some way.
ps- get the 43A the finish is really cool and they are all unique.:D

I like the plain 43 because you can buff out the handles if you get any scratchs, also I enjoy the flash and more "traditional" look of the bali.I bought mine from www.nwcutlery.com they have great service and will get you your knife quickly. They also (when I called) had all the 43 models in stock. Happy hunting:D

I do think the ability to buff out the handles on the plain Ti-Finish is nice, but I also have a couple of BM anodized Ti-Handles with damascus blades, and I play with 'em quite a bit (maybe 6 months now). Other than some rubbing around the latch I haven't noticed any particular degradation, and I think they do look nice?? Get a couple of each
