BM 5000SBK for $90. Too good to pass up?

I found a guy locally who has a a Benchmade 5000SBK for $90. It is brand new, and includes the sheath for it. I know that is atleast a little bit below what they go for online, but is this too good of a deal to pass up? Or is it just a decent deal? I probably wouldn't use the knife, but more just collect it, or flip it.

What do you think?

That sure is a much lower price compared to online shops, who are selling it for over 200 bucks. Benchmade's MSRP is 250.

Does he know whats its worth? I'd say go for it, if you like that type of knife.

He's another soldier that is selling it. He prolly doesn't know exactly what it is worth. I am sure he just got it issued to him and decided he didnt need it.

It's a cool knife, but not one I would use. I like my folder's in the 3" range.
