BM 531 thumbstud options

This past week I set aside my Bugout and have been carrying my BM 531. Still love it. It was my go-to carry in scrubs at my last job. I'm thinking about replacing the current thumbstubs though. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally the standard ones will snag while taking it out of my pocket. First time it happened it was at my old job and sliced the inside of my scrub pocket open. Last week it started to open and I caught it before it opened much.

So what are some good options to replace the standard thumbstuds? I've even though about just removing it completely as I usually just wrist flick it open.

Might put a Bugout clip on it too.
