bm 550 vs 551

ok i knwo the big diff, sheepsfoot blade. are they both hollow ground though? the 550 says they are, the new ones, and the 551 doesnt. is that still flat ground? thanks guys.
 
551's are flat ground. 550HG's (the ones with round holes) are hollow ground, while regular 550's are flat ground.
 
damn now i dont know what to do. i love the look of the 550 but the flat is a better grind so ive heard. im not gonna be doing tons of heavy work with it like skinning things, but just carry it at work, cut up boxes, open boxes, things of that nature. what do you guys suggest?
