BM 710 question

Not really sure why someone would. :confused:

The blade is already thin enough the way it is and it slices extremely well. :thumbup:

I'd have to agree there. If it already slices through a stalk of corn like a hot knife through butter, it's difficult to see how you would improve upon that.

Also, since the blade is so long and narrow, I think a FFG would just make the blade unnecessarily thin and weaken the tip.
 
I haven't seen a FFG reground 710 but this thread about Tom Krein regrinds has a 710 with what appears to be a high flat grind that also got rid of the recurve.
 
The 710 there is FG but not FFG, FWIW. ;)
