Which one should I buy? Also, are there any retaitlers on the internet I should avoid ( CS issues, etc.) ?

I would go with the Sere 2000 or the bm 710. Go to a knife store and handle both. Then get the one that feels best to you. You might also want to take a look at the Buck Mayo in Ti.
