BM 810 Warped Back Spacer

Am I the only one that sees that the back spacers on every 810 is warped? Had 8, 2 were Knifeworks without the glassbreaker. All have been warped, even replacements.
I'm sure it's from the HT method used.
 
There not flat, use a flashlight or straight edge. Never seen a straight one yet. Even the one BM brought out was warped. I showed it to them and he (mgt) just shined it on.
