BM 813 Mini-TSEK: Tip up or down?

Does anyone know if the clip on the Benchmade 813 Mini-TSEK is mounted for tip up or tip down carry? Are any of them drilled all four ways like the newer 805/806?

Mine is tip down only and on the right hand side only as well. It is one of the first productions, so newer ones might be different.
