Found an electroplating kit and got to playing around. Didn't come out perfect, but it looks cool. Matches the rivets on my jeans I might give it another shot to see if I can get more even coverage. In person it is brighter with more depth. But you can see the effect.

Pretty cool. Yeah i'd probably try it again, maybe you could get it looking like a new penny. That would be cool!
