Please forgive my ignorance, Im a bit of a BM newb, but you'll have to be a bit more specific as far as what your asking about. As in, where precisely on the knife is this line I'm looking for?

I THINK ( AFTER TAKING A REALLY CLOSE LOOK ) YOU CAN SEE THE ROUGH CARBIDE EDGE IN THE 2nd PICTURE.

USUALLY - YOU CAN REALLY SEE IT WELL FROM THE BACKSIDE.

Not chatting admins, but it would show as the 2 tone grey area on the back side of the blade. Back side pics would help.

There is a very faint "transition" line roughly 1/8" up from the edge on the flat side of the knife, but the consistency of the finish is virtually identical to that of the rest of the blade. If you'd like, kick me an email and we can continue on there, as well I can get you some more detailed pics. I'm taking offers!!
