BM Axis---bent blade?

I just received my new Benchmade Axis and gave it the usual inspection. I noticed that the blade would touch the right liner when in the closed position. I opened the knife and sighted down the blade. It was bent! I guess I'll have to request an exchange. Anyone else seen this before?

My BM710s rides straight down the center of the liners. You should deffinately take/send it back to where you got it for an exchange!
