I use it. I tried several types of lube, and I saw this and the Benchmade website and thought I would give it a try. It works great. I don't know if it word just as well as Militec-1, but it still really does a good job. I have both, and I personally can't tell the difference between the two. I only use it to lube the pivot point. I put it all of the blade though. For rust protection, I am partial to Tuf-Cloth.
