Cheap tools but a cheap price. Spray the bits with a little WD40, wipe off and keep kit in a dry place.
 
It's the "toolbox" with assorted Torx (TM) bits.

Not very high quality. Mine twisted, then I bought Wiha.
 
I have the HUSKY torx set from Homedepot and I consider it a superior design (and better priced).
 
piece of junk in my opinion. I had one, the T6 bit snapped, and two others stripped. I bought a Husky torx set at Home Depot, cheaper, and haven't had any problems.
 
Ya, I twisted the bits on mine.Bought a nice reasonably priced set at Sears soon after.
 
How to fix the rust problem..? Well, it's not worth it..grab a new Torx from Home Depot or a Wiha set..
I don't understand why they even continue to make this thing
