Giving a shout out to BM for the Great customer service I just got. Called them up first of the week with a small issue with a screw in a Grip. Very nice lady I spoke with and received the screws in the mail Friday.

My experiences have always been top notch...just email them or call. Turnaround time for me is usually 10-14 days door to door.
 
I had a similar experience. Shout out to Amber with their CS team - needed a screw for my Grip, called BM and Amber had a set mailed out to me.

Unfortunately, when I got the package, it did not include the screw I needed. Another quick call to BM (spoke to Amber again) and she mailed out another set.

Showed up 3 days later with the correct screws and my Grip is back to normal.

I am super pleased with Benchmade's CS Team and warranty service.
 
Can't say enough good thing about Benchmade CS, email and calls always get great results... Emails answered and solutions offered in hours not day or weeks.

Benchmade has one of the best customer service departments out there. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two.It's one of the main reasons I own several of their knives.
 
Have nothing but great things to say about Benchmade customer service and lifesharp service. Sent back my 710 and came back sharp and all new screws. NO CHARGE! Ordered low rider clips and to my door in a couple days. NO CHARGE! Can't get better, thank you!
 
I've been dealing with Courtney and Torri over the last week or so... incredible customer service! I tend to break/bend a lot of pocket clips due to hard use... always blown away by their kindness and willingness to send me replacement clips and screws for free... even offered to pay this time... Huge shout out to the Benchmade customer service department! One of the main reasons I keep buying Benchmade knives!!
 
How true!! I try to speak with Micah Hunter......that girl knows her stuff and goes far beyond to make you happy!!
Their CS is the reason I never hesitate buying BMs second hand. I send them in and get back an almost brand new knife.....no charge!!
Best CS in this industry......by far!

Their CS is top notch. Microtech could learn a thing or two from them. They want $20 for a pocket clip, and they want me to send it in to get it switched!!
