I really like this folder, but was wondering, how strong a folder this is? Is it, as strong, as say a spyderco military? Do I have any worry about this knife, not standing up to some heavy cutting? This knife feels real good in the hand, and looks good to.

I have a 740 that I would have no problem cutting anything I would with a military. The detent isnt that strong but its also a tip down knife and has never opened in my pocket.

I carry a Dejavoo full size on a daily basis. It has held up well to everything I've thrown at it. You should have no problems at all.

The liner lock does seem a bit on the thin side but the lock up seems to be about perfect. I’ve had mine for about a year and although it hasn’t seen hard use (when I say hard I mean borderline abuse for a folder) I’ve never had occasion to doubt it. Keep in mind though that I don’t really have any problem with well made liner locks in general.

The blade shape is incredibly nice. I think you’ll find that it will cut like a laser and still slice really nicely.

The detent isn’t strong at all but like mentioned above it’s a tip down knife. Sides it makes it easy to flick out the blade and revel in its smoothness.

All in all it’s a nice knife.

I've got both the Mini and the full size version. They're both sturdy suckers. Though I prefer the Spyderco Military a bit better, the full size Deja-vu is a beast of a folder; great for EDC.
