For Sale: Benchmade Model #220 Snody Fixed Resistor First Production #0089/1000 SOLD
Flat ground blade face. Stonewash finish. Skeletonized G-10 handle shaped to fill the hand, and a pronounced finger guard. This BM came with the standard edge and IMHO isnt sharp enough for me or anyone else for that matter. I put it on my Edge Pro and gave it a 20 degree edge that is shave sharp. Ive done this with all my knives made with this steel. Ive found that its the angle that best brings out the qualities of 154CM. I also modified the carry of the sheath for a horizontal mount using Benchmade equipment. I will include the original equipment for those who prefer a vertical mount. This knife has never been used but I did carry it a couple a times to try out the horizontal mount. As can be told by the pictures the sheath and knife have no marks on them. No story behind this one. Yeah I know, too bad huh. I know how everyone likes my stories!
And no I dont have the box.
