well i sent my little mel pardue benchmade (forget the model number) off for some repairs... i know benchmade got it because i called them and they had shipped it already so i know they held up their end. but... it never showed up... that was weeks ago... i have a feeling some postal worker is enjoying my knife right now.... this sucks

Have you called BM???

Yes, call BM. As far as I know they insure return mail. So if it IS lost then you can get money and buy a brand new one.

BTW, I'm guessing it was a 330.

well... looks like i need to post my knife concerns here more often. Not 12 hours after making that post, there was the knife on my doorstep. Repaired and in good shape. *shrug* i cant imagine what took so stinkin long for UPS to get it here.... oh well... thanks for the replies.

Was it the 850? I can't imagine my anxiety if I thought my 850 was "missing in action".

i dont know which model the 850 is but its a smaller model... all black with the blue anodized liners. it was only like 80 bucks. im still not real happy with how its adjusted... the liner is tight but it travels way to far over.... think i might stick to my stainless handled delica... or maybe bust out the screwdrivers and do some surgery on this guy and see what i can do!

I don't know of any BM Mel Pardue that has anodized liners except the 850, and it's not "black all over" Maybe it's an elishewitz model? KOTM edition Pardue of some sort? Someone probably knows.
