BM NIM Cub II vs BM Harley Davidson Nightshift Boot?

Has anyone been able to compare these two side by side?

Both approx. same dimensions, blade length.

BM is 154cm, coated, drop point, hard sheath, finger guard.

I'm told Benchmade also makes the Harley Davidson Nightshift 440C, coated, spear point, santoprene handle, leather sheath, and about 25% less street price.

I'm curious to know about cutting perfomance of each.

I'd like to see BM make a double edge fixed blade boot knife along the lines of the Gerber Gaurdian.
