BM Rukus Fixed Blade!

Well, that's what it is... a fixed blade, don't you know. Stout and sturdy...it's more than HUGE! A fixed blade that folds up so you don;t need a sheath! :thumbup:

I did it. I went to Sportsman's Warehouse and bought one of their full-size closeout Rukus'....$125. They had 3 to choose from.... a black plain edge and two satin plain edges. I looked over the two satins and picked the one I thought was best! :thumbup:;)

Whomever likes the Rukus and doesn;t take advantage of this closeout sale is...well......not going to take advantage I 'spose.

Well, I got to play with it on the way home, but then, as soon as Mama saw it, it disappeared. I won;t see it again 'til Christmas! ((( :D )))
 
I would love to take advantage of this deal, however there isnt a sportsman's warehouse in freaking Ohio. But everyone else who lives near one should go get the rukus. Even if you dont like it you could easily resell it and break even or in most cases turn a small profit.

Don;t give up on Ohio......I was born there! ((( :D ))) (And most all my relatives still live there, too)

You can call a Sportsman's Warehouse....maybe there's one in Kentucky, or Penn, or somewhere, and put it on layaway until you can get down there. Everybody has their own tastes, but I can't imagine but a very few not liking this knife!
 
Great snag Stretch! I have a plain edge black and a set of the silver twill G-10 panels coming my way at the end of the month....not a SW purchase though:( But hey, it is a Rukus none the less and it will definately keep my satin Rukus w/ivory micarta company. I'm a firm believer in that a person cannot have too many Rukus'es!!
 
I thought about that stretchNM but the gas to drive to the nearest Sportsmart (pittsburg) would excede the savings i would get from buying there. And ive already given up on ohio. Its a landlocked state - no ocean.
 
On another forum people were calling and having the store send it to them. This is the number for the Spokane store where I got mine (509) 891-1900. They had some left the other day.
 
That's excellent. I really never wanted a Rukus because of its size. I preferred the mini-Rukus. BUT, the mini-Rukus is $153, and the closeout Rukus is $125. I could not resist and I'm glad I didn;t.
