My new Valet bit me today. I received this knife for Christmas and have been carrying it everyday. Really love it. However, today as i reached to retrieve it out of my pocket I cut my pointer finger. Not a bad cut, more like a glorified scratch. I carry it clipped to my right pocket with a pen clipped next to it. When getting the pen, I cut myself. I've never had this happen with any other knife. I inspected the knife and can feel the point sticking out just enough to catch a finger tip on. Has anyone else had this issue with the Valet? Is it something that can be corrected? Any feedback would be appreciated.
 
Call customer service. If the tip is sticking out of the handle enough to cut it should be replaced.
