Does somebody know the exact date (or month) when the BM42 has been officially launched by Benchmade?

The first public showing was at the SHOT Show in 1999. I don't remember the exact date, but you can look that up.

The first delivery of a BM42 to an outside customer occured on the morning of February 11th, 2000. I rememer it well
