I purchased this BM42 new in 2000. I flipped it a little when I got it, but it's mostly sat in the drawer since then. Has the original T-latch without the spring. The sheath it comes with is from Microtech, and is very similar to the original. These and the spring latch 42's have been discontinued by Benchmade.
