Bm520?

Anyone like theses? I have had one, about a week, and it seems, like a heck of a good knife. Seems real strong to.

The design is known to be robust, at least the aluminum scaled ones, and many owners seem to like them.

For some reason the 520 has never really gave me any sizzle, so I never bought one.

I think that may be the issue with the design - a sound, practical design that suffers from a lack of excitement.

I used to have one and it was great, just a little heavy/bulky for EDC. It still saw lots of carry time and hard use, though, and is an excellent tool. The handle is very comfortable, the blade grind (very high grind, almost full flat) makes it an excellent cutter.
Now I have the auto version, which is just as nice.
I imagine you'll like it.

I have the 527 and I like it a lot. I'm not sure I'd like the aluminum handled models as much.
