BM710 handle???

I just got the BM710 that I ordered for my dad (Thanks Mike T!!!). Compared to my p.p. BM730, the handles on the 710 feel kinda plastic-like. I thought the handles were supposed to be black G-10...but they feel more like some kind of plastic. So now I'm confused...what is the handle material? Can someone here set me straight?

Hi Mitch,

It is G10, just processed ... that way. It actually didn't surprise me, as G10 is a glass fiber. I kind of don't mind it that way and I think it is easier to clean than say my Spydie Military.
