BM722 Discontinued?

Yea. On the BM forum, one of the BM support staff thought it discontinued because of a problem with the handle. Oh well. They had too many tanto blades for my liking. :barf:

The handle? I doubt it. I carry its' twin (with a different blade-style), the model 721s, and there is NO problem with the handle...It's a Mel Pardue design, and it's perfect.

Benchmade DC'd the 722 AND the 721 due to "slow" sales.

I'd LOVE to have a 721. The 720 is nice, just STOP WITH THAT HUGE BUTTERFLY on the handle

bm722 has the axis lock but it was not a Emerson CQC7 or Buck 880T.

i think the butterfly is just cool. think about it for a while, maybe you'll start liking it.
