BM's Customer Service is top notch!

I'm new to the world of pocket knives and thanks to this forum and others like it....you all have sucked me into the deep, dark world of knives.....and I can't stop. Thanks for that. ;)

So in brief, I bought my first BM...a Bugout. I love it and especially the deep and SHORT carry clip that came with it.

A week later I bought a mini-Grip, but I wasn't as fond of the clip as the Bugout's. I called BM to see if I could purchase a Bugout clip for my mini-Grip. The nice lady unfortunately she said that they are backed up with Bugout orders and wouldn't be able to send one out at that time. I told her I would contact BM later.

Some time elapsed and I sent BM an email. Thankfully they must have gotten caught up a little more and just a day or two ago, they emailed back and said that they gladly sent me a Bugout clip for my mini-Grip and that it should arrive shortly.

Small things like this make me a HUGE fan of this company. From my point of view BM's customer is TOP notch.
 
Yes, and welcome. Benchmade does us a steady stream of Kudos for their excellent customer service and notes like yours only proves that. Seems like lately the production has been spot on with their knife builds. Just got a few back from LifeSharp service and they're really good. :thumbsup:
 
BM are amazing in terms of CS*. They go the extra mile for customers.




*Oh, and knives of course. ;)

I too can contest to their great CS. As an Army guy I have always carried Benchmade, and will continue to do so because of their great knives and amazing customer service! (still waiting on a beefier blade for the AFO II though... :p )
 
Benchmade has always been helpful and friendly with me. They take care of their customers. Definitely top shelf.
