There are 4 hexagonal opening machined into the frame and 1 machined into the blade (1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2") . Those reduce the overall weight of the knife and provide convenient wrenches including 1/2" hex opening made specifically for scope rings. There is a high retention pocket clip that holds the knife securely in place. Furthermore, an integral finger guard on the blade also serves as flip open lever, so the knife is always ready for action.
