Bob Cargill Bolsterlock Question

Anyone ever see a Cargill bolster lock where both bolsters press down to release blade? The blade only seems to be pinned to the copper liners. All others I have seen only slide one bolster for release.

I have never seen one that both bolsters moved to release the blade. I was hoping to find out some info on this knife.
